KSP is requesting 24- hour dispatching furniture as defined by: ANSI/HFES 100-2007 Humna Factors Engineering of Computer Workstations. Please see Attachment A for complete specifications as well as terms and conditions. Bids shall be evaluated by the percentage discount off the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for items on their offered catalog. Bids shall also be evaluated by the hourly rate charged for the installation of the furniture. Vendors shall enter their discount percentage in the pricing section of the online bid. Percentages cannot be entered in this field, so vendors shall enter their percentage as a whole number, i.e., 25.00 for 25%. Vendors shall enter the hourly rate for their installation services in the Comments suggestion of their online bid.
