Thereafter, bids will be acted upon by the City Council at such time and place as may be fixed.
Pre-Bid Meeting Info:	A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 1, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at the Discovery Parking Ramp, 419 Jones Street. Attendees shall meet in the office located on the Jones Street side of the building. It is strongly recommended that interested contractors attend the pre-bid meeting, and/or visit the site prior to bidding.

Description:	The project is located at the Discovery Parking Ramp, 419 Jones Street and includes the removal and replacement of the existing air-cooled self-contained air handling unit, removal and replacement of electric duct heaters that heat each space, new electric connections for the replaced equipment and modifications of the temperature controls to sufficiently serve the space. The project will be completed in phases. Phase 1 is the electric heater replacement and has a completion date of November 1, 2025. Phase 2 is the air handling unit replacement and has a completion date of April 30, 2026.
