Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (¿eRFQ¿) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) to establish a contract with one qualified supplier who will provide functioning headwalls to Chattahoochee Technical College (CTC) (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿) as further described in this eRFQ.

Chattahoochee Technical College is seeking a supplier that can provide them with ten (10) new 36¿ Classic Functioning Discover R Headwalls, piped for rear air connection with complete accessories package for their Respiratory Therapy program. An approved equivalent must be fully functional and fit the existing connectors that mirror the systems used in hospitals and meet or exceed the specifications. Suppliers must upload an itemized quote that includes the brand name, model number, photos, manufacturers data sheet and detailed specifications for the proposed equipment. Suppliers must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell the proposed equipment with accessories and warranties. All items and accessories must be in stock and able to receive within one (1) week after award.
