The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Central Purchasing Division, is seeking responses on behalf of ODMHSAS from potential Suppliers to provide a contract for the purchase of services regarding The Discharge Transitional Living Program, bidder shall assist individuals who have been discharged into homelessness from psychiatric hospitals.
