    The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (“MDVA” or “State”) is seeking responses for coordinator services for the Discharge Access Database System (DADS). DADS provides a searchable database used by County Veteran Service Officers (CVSOs) and MDVA staff to locate Veteran discharge documents, like DD214s, which are needed to access earned benefits. Responder must have an in-depth knowledge of DADS and its capabilities. Responder will be expected to coordinate with county and MDVA staff to assist with system issues of DADS, training of staff members on the operations of DADS, and be able to coordinate with county users regarding questions or concerns.
