The City of Houston Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD) seeks proposals from qualified contractors to perform rehabilitation and reconstruction services for eligible low-to-moderate owner-occupied single-family residences. The City of Houston (City) intends to enter into a composite price structured Master Contract Agreement (MCA) with multiple qualified contractors. The agreements will be for an initial term of three (3) years with two (2) one-year renewal options at the discretion of HCDD to renew.
