Disaster Recovery Services and Emergency Protective Measures for the Public Right-of-Way

The City of Los Angeles Bureau of Street Services (StreetsLA) is seeking a Personal Services Contract with a Contractor to deliver immediate and comprehensive disaster recovery services and emergency protective measures to restore or maintain the functionality and safety of the City's public right-of-ways. This will include the clearance of public right-of-ways for emergency access, debris removal of clean and/or hazardous waste, hazardous tree and limb removal, soil testing, flood prevention, erosion control, slope stabilization, and road repair.

Due to the unforeseeable need for these services and because these services may receive federal funding from FEMA, the BIP program cannot be applied.
