ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that Lafayette County, Mississippi, will accept sealed proposals
from qualified professionals to provide Disaster Recovery Consulting Services. Firms
or companies desiring to provide services as described in the Scope of Work shall submit
sealed proposal in one (1) original, four (4) complete copies, and one (1) electronic copy
in PDF format, not later than 10:00 a.m. (Local Time) on Thursday, March 26th, 2026
to Lafayette County Board of Supervisors, 300 North Lamar Blvd., Oxford, MS 38655.
Printed copies of this RFP are available at the Lafayette County Administrator's Office,
located at 300 North Lamar Blvd., Oxford, MS 38655. Electronic copies may be
obtained by emailing kvictor@lafayettecoms.com .
Proposals must be submitted to the Lafayette Chancery Clerk's Office at 300 North Lamar
Blvd., Oxford, MS 38655, in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked in the lower left
corner "Request for Proposal for Disaster Recovery Consulting Services Bid Date: March
26th, 2026, at 10:00 a.m."
The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all
informalities in the best interest of the County.
