25-32 Disaster Recovery Consultant Services

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners and the Bay County Constitutional Officers (Clerk, Sheriff, Tax Collector, Property Appraiser & Supervisor of Elections) “Consortium” is seeking proposals from firms to provide comprehensive disaster recovery and grant management consulting services. The County seeks proposals from qualified firms to assist in strategically managing the project development and administration of various Federal and State Grant Programs. Such programs may include, but are not limited to, federal disaster recovery grants, FEMA Public Assistance (PA), FEMA Hazard Mitigation Program (HMGP), HUD Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR), Triumph, Restore, and miscellaneous other state and federal grant funding programs. In addition, the awarded firm may be requested to provide project development and grants management services for any existing, open disaster recovery efforts. Direct experience with governmental agencies in Florida is preferred.
