DISASTER RECOVERY/BACKUP APPLIANCE

FREMONT, NEBRASKA

Quotes will be received electronically to the office of the City Clerk ( For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. ), until 4:00 p.m., Tuesday April 21, 2026. for all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete acquisition of a Disaster Recovery/Backup Appliance for the City of Fremont Department of Information Systems.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: City of Fremont, Nebraska.

The quote shall guarantee the bidder's good faith to honor the proposal for ten (10) days at the price if accepted by the City Council.  The City of Fremont hereby reserves the right to accept that quote which, in its judgment, will produce the best job of workmanship and material, whether or not it is the lowest quote; and reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive any or all informalities of any proposal.
