The City (“City”) of Mobile is seeking sealed proposals from experienced firms to provide management and administrative support of grant activities related to disaster preparedness and response, as needed for Federal and State programs, including Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), US and Alabama Departments of Transportation (DOT and ALDOT), Alabama Department of Emergency Management (ALEMA), Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA), and grant programs related to disaster relief and recovery.  Seeled proposals are due by 4:00 pm, July 16, 2025, Questions are due by electronic mail to Purchasing@CityofMobile.org by July 11, 2025.

It is the responsibility of the bidder to insure that their bid response is delivered to and received in the Purchasing Department before the date and time of the bid opening.
