Disaster Debris Monitoring and Recovery Consulting Services

The County of Greenville is seeking sealed proposals from firms for disaster debris monitoring and grant management consulting services. The contracted firm shall provide monitoring services in the event of a disaster or emergency and provide grant management consulting services during the recovery phase of the event.

The County reserves the right to award to one or multiple vendors.

The contract(s) will be available for other agencies (counties, municipalities, school districts, etc.) to utilize. However, each individual agency will need to negotiate terms and pricing with the awarded contractor(s).

The County currently has three Debris Management contractors for disaster or emergency events. The contracted firm(s) will need to manage one or all of these contractors during an event.
