The DOE ARM Climate Research Facility, Southern Great Plains (SGP) Main Site, located at 109596 Coal Road, Billings, Oklahoma, is disassembling and removing 3 radars and remediate 4 sites. The work will entail dismantling and recycling of the radars along with remediation of the sites by removing infrastructure such as concrete foundations, standard size shipping containers, trailers, and fencing. As outlined in the Statement of Work, there is a requirement for the radars and all associated parts to be destroyed and disposed of, and the awarded contractor will be responsible for certifying and for fulfilling this obligation.
Please review the Instructions for Offerors and all incorporated documentation for important technical and safety requirements prior to submitting a fixed price proposal.
A PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING will be held on JULY 14, 2025 at 10:30am CDT -11:30am CDT. The link can be provided within this opportunity, and the PowerPoint has been attached for initial review. Request for Clarification will be accepted until 5:00pm JULY 25, 2025.
An ON-SITE VISIT is scheduled for JULY 17, 2025 at 9am CDT. RSVP IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS VISIT. Please send your request for attendance, the number of guests, name, and contact information to the Contracting Officer no later than 5:00pm CDT JULY 14, 2025.
Period of Performance: Argonne desires for work to be completed by 9/30, but requests the contractor to propose their best schedule.
