Disability and Minnesota Paid Leave Equivalent Plan Administrator

Project Description: The Metropolitan Airports Commission is seeking a plan administrator for a Disability Plan and an equivalent Minnesota Paid Leave Plan Administrator(s). Beginning January 1, 2026, nearly all Minnesota employers will be required to participate in the State’s mandatory Minnesota Paid Leave (MN Paid Leave) program either through participation in the state-run program or a private plan equivalent. With the anticipated beginning of MN Paid Leave, a new disability benefit plan administrator is needed with the ability to administer disability plans in coordination with the MN Paid Leave plan. In addition, proposals will be sought for the administrator to provide an equivalent private plan which coordinates with the disability benefits to provide the most seamless experience possible for our employees and our internal administration team.
