Scope of Services
The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for Dirt to Pave 2025. The work shall consist of, but not be limited to clearing and grubbing (tree trimming or removal), installation of drainage piping and structures, construction and redevelopment of swales, placement of imported fill, stabilization of subgrade, placement and preparation of limerock road base, and construction of asphalt roadways over twenty-two (22) current dirt roads in various locations.
