Direct Mail Processing Services
Description:

Hudson Valley Community College is seeking proposals for direct mail processing.

The jobs listed will need file prep, inkjet printing of addresses, and delivery to an Albany mail facility. Some jobs that integrate a college-provided list with a purchased list will need NCOA processing and to be deduped.

Some jobs also require printing, the cost of which should be broken out as well.

Please state total cost of each job separately, as well as total costs for all jobs.

This RFP covers the period from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026.
