Direct Delivery Produce and High Volume Products RFP

The San Angelo Independent School District will receive a Request for Proposal on Direct Delivery Produce and High Volume Products for the 2025-26 school year.  This is for the period of August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026.  The first day of school will be Wednesday, August 14, 2025.

This will be an all or none, single vendor awarded proposal. Awarded company must be able to provide all products in this bid, as well as, direct delivery services weekly to up to 20 campuses/sites in San Angelo, Texas. The District reserves the right to reject any proposal and/or all proposals, and to make awards as they may appear to be advantageous to the district. This agreement does not restrict the District from using Purchasing Cooperatives if needed. The awarded company will receive the right of first refusal. These purchases will be made from vendors who offer pricing most advantageous to the District.
