DIRECT AWARD DETERMINATION:
The West Virginia Purchasing Division has been requested to approve a Direct Award Contract for Services to upgrade the existing Telecom Expense Management (TEM) system to include billing and invoices capabilities.by the agency, the West Virginia Office of Technology.
Pursuant to WV Code 5A-3-10c, the Purchasing Division is attempting to determine whether the commodity or service is a direct award procurement.
