Scope of Services
The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish firm-fixed pricing for diplomas and commemorative items on behalf of the School Board of Volusia County, Florida.
The successful Bidder(s) shall be responsible for providing all Printed Diplomas/Certifications of Completion and Optional Commemorative items, Diploma Covers, Rings, Cap and Gowns, Tassels, Honor Cords, Invitations, and Thank You Cards as per the specifications listed at the firm-fixed price specified herein during the term of the agreement by the District. The District’s Class of 2025 included approximately 4,370 students.
