Synopsis:

The Digital Imaging Network - Picture Archiving and Communications System (DIN-PACS) is an open system network of digital devices designed for the effective acquisition, transmission, display, and management of diagnostic imaging studies. DIN-PACS provides for diagnostic x-ray images in digital output that can be transmitted for analysis anywhere in the hospital or in the world. DIN-PACS supports the business process changes throughout the Military Health System (MHS) and, especially, within the practice of military radiology.

This will be a standing solicitation which will be continuously open for at least five years. Vendors will be able to submit proposals any time during the time the solicitation is open.
