Summary

Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Solicitation is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide Dining & Event Catering at the Saints Golf Course to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this Solicitation.

The Saints Golf Course is owned and operated by the City at 2601 S.E. Morningside Blvd. and is nestled in a tranquil residential neighborhood. The Saints Golf Course consists of an exceptional 18-hole championship course, driving range and practice area. The Saints' clubhouse houses a fully stocked pro shop and a 1,455 sq. ft. full-service restaurant and bar, 2,501 sq. ft. rentable banquet room and 1,450 sq. ft. covered terrace for outside dinning.
