REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

DILKON DISTRICT OFFICE ADDITION

(DESIGN/CA SERVICES)

Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional firms

to provide architectural design and construction administration services for the proposed addition

and renovation of the existing NTUA Dilkon District Administration Building, located in Dilkon,

Navajo county, Arizona.

A mandatory onsite pre-proposal conference will be held on September 17, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.

(MDT) at the NTUA Dilkon District Office located in Dilkon, Arizona. Attendance at this

conference is mandatory. Only Offerors who attend the pre-proposal conference will be eligible to

submit a proposal in response to this solicitation.

Instructions and Scope of Work can be obtained from Avis Jimm, Contract Administrator, at (928)

729-6243 or by email avisj@ntua.com or at NTUA Purchasing Department, North Navajo Route

12, Fort Defiance, Arizona.

Proposal and Cost shall each be submitted, electronically to avisj@ntua.com in separate PDF

attachments clearly labeled: for the Proposal “DO NOT OPEN – DILKON DISTRICT OFFICE

ADDITION - DESIGN/CA SERVICES (PROPOSAL)” and for the Cost “DO NOT OPEN –

DILKON DISTRICT OFFICE ADDITION - DESIGN/CA SERVICES (COST)” and received

electronically by September 30, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (MDT).
