Summary

St. Louis Development Corporation (“SLDC”) seeks proposals from qualified vendors to develop a Digital Twin for Downtown St. Louis. This initiative aims to create a virtual representation of the downtown area, enhancing urban planning, infrastructure management, sustainability efforts, and public engagement. Hereinafter, organizations interested in submitting a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) shall be referred to as “Respondents.”

Questions concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing to [Janet Harris, Agency Administrative Assistant, harrisjan@stlouis-mo.gov ] not later than 05/27/2025. No contact with other SLDC employees about this RFP is permitted during the RFP process unless otherwise authorized. Unauthorized contact regarding this RFP may result in disqualification or rejection of a proposal. SLDC will maintain a list of all firms or individuals requesting copies of the RFP and will ensure that copies of all questions and responses shall be made available in writing to each firm on such list, when requested. Questions should be asked in consecutive order, from beginning to end, following the organization of this RFP. Each question should begin by referencing the RFP page number and section number to which it relates. Short procedural inquiries may be submitted to [Janet Harris] by email.

Contact with SLDC after the submission of responses is limited to status inquiries only and such inquiries are only to be directed to the above-named individual. Any further contact or information about the RFP to SLDC or any of its employees or any Selection Committee Members will be considered an impermissible supplementation of the respondent’s proposal.
