UPDATE/AMENDMENT:
The purpose of the amendment is to retract FAR Clause 52.219-33, Nonmanufacturer Rule.
All other requirements, clauses, and provisions, as prescribed in the solicitation document remain in full effect.

ORIGINAL:
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, is soliciting offers for one (1) digital transcutaneous monitor. The device will be used by the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Solicitation Details:
Purpose: The Sleep Lab Department of the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) has a requirement for one new Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Digital Monitoring Systems. A new system is necessary for daily patient sleep studies. The components and system must meet all specifications as described in the solitication document. Installation of the device will be required.
Set-Aside Status:
The solicitation is designated as a 100% Small Business set-aside.

Size Standard: 1,250 employees
