Short Description:
The Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB), a public, non-stock, non-profit membership corporation, issues this RFP to acquire a DIGITAL TIMEKEEPING SYSTEM to assist in the processing of payroll for GVB employees.
Interested offerors are encouraged to read the entire Request for Proposals to ensure a clear understanding of what is required for this procurement.
This procurement was originally issued as GVB RFP 2025-013.  It is re-issued to allow potential offerors more time  to review the Scope of Work and submit a comprehensive offer.
