Short Description:

The Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB), a public, non-stock, non-profit membership corporation, intends to solicit and acquire a DIGITAL TIMEKEEPING SYSTEM to assist in the processing of payroll for GVB employees.
Interested offerors are encouraged to read the entire Request for Proposals to ensure a clear understanding of what is required for this procurement.
The deadline for submission of all offers is at 12Noon on Monday, September 1, 2025.
UPDATE: Amendment No. 1 issued 8/27/25 amends the submission date from September 1 to September 2 at 12:00 p.m. due to the Labor Day Holiday observed on 9/1/25.
