Project Description:

7        Android based, Revel Digital Digital signage players:

-Player hardware shall have HDMI output port and support HDMI resolutions of 1080 and/or 720p.

-2GB DDR 3 ram, 16Gb rom storage, expandable with TF card up to 32GB.

-Video/Audio formats supported: MPG (4-2-1), DVIX, AVI, MPG and MP3.

-Networking ports: WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and built-in RJ45

-Playback shall be Landscape-portrait viewing with a mix of video, images, text, youtube, apps, twitter, etc.

-CPU/GPU: Quadcore 1.8Ghz, Quad Core Mali-T764.

7        Revel Digital Player account subscriptions for above player hardware. 3 years up-front subscription.

Subscription shall include cloud based, Unlimited Hawaii dealer tech support and training included with subscription:

-Software shall be Modern web based management UI.

-One platform for kiosks, menus, point-of-sale, video walls, beacons, etc.

-Wide range of dynamic content including weather, social media, and Google docs.

-Support for Android and Windows hardware.

-Smart Scheduling for large deployments.

-Support all major media formats.

-Unlimited design possibilities.

-Enterprise features including media approval, alerting and user roles.

7        Sharp PN-P556 4k Digital Signage Displays:

55-inch, 3840 x 2160 resolution IPS panel with 700 cd/m? brightness and a 8000:1 contrast ratio. It features a 16:9 aspect ratio, 178¡/178¡ viewing angles, and supports 24/7 operation with an integrated media player slot. The display offers multiple connectivity options, including HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.4, and USB-C with 65W power delivery.

7        Wall mounts for above 55” Displays:

Chief RMT3 medium tilt display wall mount for 36\\\"-65\\\" Displays, Tilt TV mount, VESA wall mount.

Special Instructions

1. The submittal of a quote shall be considered as acceptance of the specifications as
published, as well as agreement to the University of Hawaii Terms and Conditions - (https://
www.hawaii.edu/procurement/vendor-info/terms-and-conditions/purchase-order-terms-conditions/)

2. Hawaii Compliance Express: Quotes of $2,500 or more will require a Certificate of
Vendor Compliance in compliant status at time of award (HRS 103D-310(c)). If a vendor does not have a
compliant certificate, the vendor\'s quote will be disqualified, and the next lowest quote will be considered. For more information, refer to: https://vendors.ehawaii.gov/hce/

3. Award will be in aggregate and subject to availability of funds.

4. Prior to submitting a quote for a substitute or approved equivalent, advance approval is required. We reserve the right to determine suitability and refuse products deemed to be of lesser quality than specified. Please submit your substitution requests via email to Mike Slattery at slattery@hawaii.edu by November 21st, 2025 at 4:30PM HST. Substitutions will not be considered after the deadline.

5. Price shall be F.O.B destination including all shipping, handling, transportation costs, and applicable taxes.

6. Delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of order (ARO).

7. Upon request, the following documents shall be provided to the University:

(a) Manufacturer literature or brochure with technical data and illustrations of the product being offered.

(b) Warranty information for the proposed unit.

8. Damages incurred during shipment, assembly and/or delivery of goods/products will be the responsibility of the vendor.

9. The return and replacement of defective goods/products will be the responsibility of the vendor to make the arrangements with the shipping company. All shipping expenses shall be paid by the vendor.
