Bid Attributes

1 Overview

Iowa State University invites proposals from experienced vendors for the provision of a comprehensive digital

signage software platform. We are a large educational institution dedicated to enriching the campus experience for

students, faculty, staff, and visitors through effective communication and information dissemination.

The primary objectives of this RFP are as follows:

- To acquire a feature-rich, scalable, and user-friendly digital signage software platform.

- To streamline and centralize content management and distribution across our diverse campuses.

- To enhance engagement and communication through dynamic, interactive, and real-time digital content.

- To ensure compatibility with our existing hardware and future expansion needs.

The initial term will be either 3 or 5 years with optional annual or multi year renewals at end of the initial term. Any

award of this RFP is subject to the completed of a security and accessability review completed by Iowa State

University.

2 Evaluation Criteria

The evaluation of this RFP may be based upon, but not limited to:

Total cost of ownership to Iowa State University

Ability to meet required Specifications

Ability to meet preferred specifications

Ease of use and visual appeal

Availability of support

Quality of references and/or past experience

Exceptions taken to RFP Terms and conditions

Any award will depend on the successful completion of a security and accessibility review.
