(one.network), as they are the sole authorized representative for the one.network platform and the Live Link software, as a sole source. The purpose of this Notice of Intent is to verify with the vendor community that there are no other viable vendors that can provide the one.network platform and the Live Link software. No further action is required if a vendor agrees. A vendor should submit a response to this Notice of Intent only if they disagree.
