Digital Parking Guidance and Wayfinding Signage

The City of Hollywood Parking Division (the “City”) oversees a diverse parking system that includes public garages, surface lots, and on-street spaces. As part of its continued commitment to enhancing mobility, improving customer communication, and supporting economic activity in the downtown and beach areas, the City seeks to implement modern digital signage solutions.

The purpose of this project is to furnish, install, and maintain strategically placed digital signs that provide real-time parking availability, dynamic wayfinding, and flexible curbside management. These signs will serve as a vital tool to reduce congestion, guide residents and visitors to available parking, and improve the overall customer experience. In addition, the signs will provide the City with a platform to deliver timely messages and operational updates to the public.

The City is therefore requesting proposals from qualified vendors with demonstrated experience in providing digital signage for municipal applications. The selected Respondent will be expected to provide a comprehensive, integrated system that is reliable, user-friendly, and adaptable to the evolving needs of the City.
