These service details are currently recorded using a paper-based mail ticket system, which presents several challenges:Data must be manually scanned from physical tickets.        Handwritten entries are often difficult to read.        New tickets must be printed regularly.        Offices may run out of tickets, causing delays.        Incorrect ticket types may be used, leading to processing errors.Can this process be done online in a more efficient way that would allow customers to log into their account and request a pickup and service level?
