Digital Library Card Account Address Verification Service

Montgomery County Public Libraries (MCPL) provides customers with a digital library card via the online library card application on our website. Recent changes to our card renewal policy require periodic review and renewal of all library accounts, and MCPL needs an efficient digital solution for verifying and updating customer address information at the time of card renewal, as well as at the time of registration.

As a result, we are looking for a solution that is able to digitally verify customer addresses against USPS data for update and renewal of existing cards and the registration of new cards. This will allow MCPL to provide uninterrupted service for patrons who have barriers to renewing their card in person. Please see Informal Solicitation 1194633 for additional details.
