Double-sided LED display to replace non-functioning display. See attached requirements description for full details. -- Amendment 00001 -- Added ANG Graphic Standards pdf attachment. Edited requirement description to include the following changes: Electrical and fiber connection information for current sign. Dimensions of current sign.
