The period for awarding contracts under the Supply Arrangement is from date of issue to 31 March 2026. Supply Arrangements will be issued to all suppliers whose arrangements have been deemed compliant to this RFSA. When DND requires these services, a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be sent to all Supply Arrangement Holders, and will include a technical and financial evaluation. Services must be provided in accordance with any resultant contract and within the stipulated timeframes.
