The purpose of this addendum is to extend the RFI submission due date, and to provide answers to
questions posed by potential respondents.
RFI submissions are due no later than Monday, January 12, 2026, at 4:00 P.M.
Submissions received after this deadline cannot be accepted.
Q&A:
1. Q: Annual Case Volume & Scale - Please provide an estimate of the total number of cases per
year that are expected to be stored in the Digital Evidence Management System, including any
anticipated growth over the contract term.
A: Unknown at this time.
2. Q: Court Scope & Divisions - Can the Judicial Branch please confirm which court divisions are in
scope for this initiative (e.g., Criminal, Civil, Family, Juvenile, Appellate, Housing, or other
specialty courts)? Are all divisions intended tobe supported at go-live, or is a phased rollout
anticipated?
A: All divisions are considered, and this will be a phased rollout.
3. Q: Courtsin Scope / Total End User Counts - Please confirm: the estimated total number of
courts included in this deployment, the estimated number of end users per court (e.g., judges,
clerks, administrators), the estimated total number of end users statewide.
A: Unknown at this time.
4. Q: Definition of “Judicial Keys” - The RFI notes a preference for the utilization of “Judicial
keys” for cloud deployments. Can the Judicial Branch clarify whether this refers to customer-
managed encryption keys (e.g., Azure Key Vault / CMK or BYOK)?
A: Yes, refers to customer managed encryption keys in Microsoft Azure blob storage.
