Summary Details

The Device Services Branch with the Ministry of Citizens’ Services wishes to procure digital employee experience (“DEX”) management tools to support the efficient use of end-user devices across government (collectively, the “Solution”).

The Solution will be used to monitor, track, and collect data on the performance of end-user devices, which can then be used to improve device health and proactively identify and remediate potential technical issues.
