Digital Communication Platform

Binghamton University intends to procure a digital platform designed to enhance communication, collaboration, and community-building within Fleishman Career Center at Binghamton University. This application will be utilized by students and professional staff.

Requirements are as specified below, there are no additional bid documents.

• Real-time messaging, event scheduling, content sharing, personalized dashboards. The platform needs to be tailored to support academic collaboration, student success, and administrative efficiency, ensuring that we can all access critical resources, stay informed, and allow students to connect with peers and mentors, all in one place.
• Needs to manage program schedules, share announcements, organize campus events, and provide a centralized space for student organizations, support services and staff.
• Promoting local career content and resources.
• Self service administrative dashboard for our staff to publish local career content, resources and opportunities including events, employers, jobs and mentors.
• Marketing and student communication tools that fully integrated with our communication policies and guidelines including branded templates, social media integrations, direct sync with student information and robust data management tools.
• Full range of IT support services to include integration with our single sign-on and DNS
• Customized data mapping to optimize curation at the individual user level

SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law 355 (5) {a}, which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodity / product or service.
