GENERAL:
Olathe Public Schools (the “District”) is soliciting bids for the purchase of Digital Cameras and Associated Equipment. Bidders (herein referred to as “Contractors”) shall submit bids in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and specifications provided in this Request for Bid (RFB).
SCOPE OF WORK:
The District intends to purchase Digital Cameras and Associated Equipment as detailed in the Item Details section of this RFB.
Pricing shall be all-inclusive, with shipping and freight costs incorporated into each line item. All items are specified as “No Alternates” unless explicitly stated otherwise. Items must be bid exactly as specified to be considered responsive.
The District reserves the right to award any item, group of items, or the entirety of the bid, whichever is in the best interest of the District.
DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS:
Delivery will be coordinated with the awarded vendor. Items will be distributed to approximately six (6) District locations. Vendor shall coordinate delivery scheduling with the District and ensure timely fulfillment.
OEM AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENT:
Contractor(s) shall certify that they are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Authorized Channel Partner as of the date of bid submission and possess the required certification or specialization to support both product sales and pricing.
