Digital Advertising Services

The State University of New York College at Plattsburgh (“SUNY Plattsburgh” or “University”) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP #25JB0124-C000884) to identify and secure the services of a vendor (“Offeror” or “Firm”) to provide digital advertising services, including ad placement, strategic insight, and ad optimization. Proposals will be awarded on the basis of best value, to the Offeror deemed responsive and responsible and meeting all mandatory requirements. The resulting contract (if awarded) will be for three (3) years with one two-year option to renew, with an anticipated start date of 06/30/2025.

The College will receive sealed Proposals until 3:30 p.m. Local Time on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at the SUNY Plattsburgh Procurement Office, 101 Broad Street, Plattsburgh, NY 12901.

Received proposals will be publicly opened at that time.
