Digital Advertising Campaign for Employment Opportunities

Black Hawk County (“County”) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for professional services in creating a digital media campaign aimed at recruiting qualified applicants for job opportunities. Hiring needs throughout the County fluctuate from department to department and from year to year based on attrition and staffing needs. Therefore, the County may have varied short term and long-term needs for digital media advertising. Although the intent is to award the study to one proposer, the County reserves the right to award one or multiple contracts based on the experience, qualifications, and proposals that best meet the scope of work outlined in this RFP. Black Hawk County encourages proposals from minorities, women, and disadvantaged business enterprises. This entire document, including all attachments, shall be considered as binding, part of the contract, and must meet or exceed the specifications set forth in this Request for Proposal.
