City of Austin Housing staff is seeking access to a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) / Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation software. The goal is to streamline training, knowledge retention, and onboarding by enabling staff to easily create and distribute training materials based on screen recordings. |
