MetroPlusHealth is seeking to incorporate a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) into the Plan’s browser-based, enterprise-wide applications, including ServiceNow, Salesforce, SharePoint, Learn Upon and Degreed. MetroPlusHealth needs to implement DAP to better ensure the initial and ongoing adoption of software, both by staff and by its members and providers.
