The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone Services & IT Solution Branch, plans to obtain information to serve as market research to help identify potential sources that can provide twenty (20) Digit Multi-Meters that will be used for a four (4) binding post short for high-accuracy of DC/Low-Frequency calibration. This equipment will ensure that proper validation of Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) performance. The equipment shall be delivered to USATA’s Enterprise Support Directive (ESD) located at Building 5435, Fowler Road Redstone Arsenal. The 8558A equipment module shall include the following specifications or equivalent (if not brand name):

• 8.5 Resolution


• Meter


• LEAD KIT-OSP General purpose probe kit


• Pouch with 2x 4-way shorting PCB
