Summary

The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide a heavy-duty, self-priming centrifugal pump with a diesel engine, designed for high-head applications and high discharge pressures, for the Manchester Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant.



Background

This project is funded in whole or in part by the FEMA Public Assistance Fund in relation to damages sustained by Hurricane Helene. Thus, the resulting contract with the awarded vendor will include required federal clauses, as can be seen in Attachment A of this solicitation.
