NOTICE OF TENDER

DIESEL FUEL & GASOLINE

The Red River Valley School Division is accepting tenders for the supply of motor vehicle fuel from July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2028.

Diesel and gasoline fueling are to be done at the supplier’s site in the following locations, unless bulk delivery is specified.  Bulk deliveries are to be made into tank storage at the locations indicated (*Bulk).
Starbuck: Diesel approx 60,000 litres/Gasoline approx. 3,000 litres

Oak Bluff: Diesel approx. 14,000 litres/Gasoline approx. 3,000  litres

Sanford Bus Garage(*Bulk): Diesel approx. 140,000 litres/Gasoline approx. 6,000 litres

Rosenort: Diesel approx. 60,000 litres/Gasoline approx. 3,000  litres

Morris: Diesel approx. 80,000 litres/Gasoline approx. 3,000  litres

Lowe Farm: Diesel  approx. 40,000 litres/Gasoline approx. 3,000 litres

Grunthal: Diesel approx. 13,000 litres/Gasoline approx. 3,000 litres

St.Pierre-Jolys: Diesel approx. 140,000 litres/Gasoline approx. 3,000 litres

St.Malo: Diesel approx. 80,000 litres/Gasoline approx. 3,000 litres

Mitchell: Diesel approx. 13,000 litres/Gasoline approx. 3,000 litres

The fuel volumes outlined above for each community are approximate only and volumes required may change due to Division operations and other factors.

NOTE: Complete Schedule “A” - Fuel Tender Form with prices as of noon, May 30, 2025 for comparative purposes.  Discount prices expressed as a percentage will NOT be acceptable in submissions.  Quotations may be made collectively or on an individual location basis.

Lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
