The City of Ozark Public Works Department is soliciting Sealed Bids to provide diesel fuel delivery to all of the city’s generators. Sealed bids labeled “Sealed Bids” “PW Fuel Contract” will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., April 23, 2026 @ 10:00 am. A Public Bid opening shall be held at that date and time at the Ozark City Hall, 205 N. 1st St., in Ozark, Missouri. The City retains the right to reject any and all bids. If a bid is selected, the awarded party shall be required to enter into a contract with the City; said contract in substantially in that form as the draft contract available along with the entire specification on the City of Ozark website at: www.ozarkmissouri.com . GENERAL:

The city of Ozark is asking for sealed bids for a one- two-year contract for the refueling of all the city’s Diesel generators.

Most of the generators are around five-hundred-gallon tank capacity.

Fuel provider will need to be available to deliver fuel to sites 24/7.

Must be top tier diesel fuel.

Fuel must be winterized in the winter.

The delivery surcharge must stay the same and fuel price must be at Wholesale Rates.
