Diesel Fuel

Annual requirements for diesel fuel are to be provided on an as-needed basis for the period through June 30, 2026, per the requirements set forth via the document link noted below.

The City reserves the right to waive informalities in bid responses, and to accept any or all bid responses, if in its judgment the City's best interests will be served.

The successful Bidder shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant because of race, color, religion, gender, or national origin. The Contractor will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment without regard to their race, color, religion, gender, or national origin.
