Volusia County Fleet Management and Votran are seeking a vendor to supply bulk and 55-gallon drums of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) to be delivered to sites throughout the county. Vendor shall have the ability to fill 300-gallon tote/tanks with DEF fluid as needed and or on a pre-determined schedule.
