DIESEL ENGINES PARTS

These NSNs will be added to contract #SPE7LX23D0078 for the remaining of the years of the contract which is 1.5 years. Items will provide stock Replenishment coverage in support of military depots. The solicitation was issued unrestricted, under FAR Part 12 procedures and utilized Other Than Full and Open Competition Procedures as prescribed 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). These items will be procured in accordance with the manufacturer’s code and part number and are available from only one or a limited number of sources.

Currently Section B will contain 256 NSNs managed by DLA Land and Maritime. See Attachment #1 NSN Data

The solicitation will be available on or about June 10, 2025, at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and proposed delivery, Socioeconomics and other evaluation.

All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.

Drawings/specifications will not be available through BSM DIBBS.

This proposed procurement includes a family group of various items within the Federal Supply Class 1660, 2805, 2810, 2815, 2835, 2910, 2930, 2940, 2990, 3010, 3020, 3040, 3110, 3120, 3130, 3419, 4320, 4420, 4710, 4720, 4730, 4810, 4820, 5305, 5310, 5315, 5325, 5330, 5331, 5340, 5342, 5360, 5365, 5930, 6685, 9520.

This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources.
