DHS and the Minnesota Board on Aging are seeking to Provide Regional and Local Projects for Public Awareness, Education and Resources for Persons with Dementia and their Caregivers

DHS, through the Minnesota Board on Aging, is seeking regional and local projects to increase awareness of dementias and promote caregiving for persons with dementia and increase the availability of respite services for family, friend, and neighbor caregivers.

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be up to 24 months, from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2026.
